It's time for Mike D's Birthday By-Law! And this year, Mike D is making us watch a double feature of two direct-to-video action films which recently got the Vinegar Syndrome blu-ray treatment, MARTIAL LAW and MARTIAL LAW II: UNDERCOVER. Unfortunately... neither of us liked these films all that much, so this turns into a discussion about HALLOWEEN ENDS halfway through. Evil dies tonight!
