Steven Yeun Is Senty No More and Fall Of The House Of X Is A Bit Bor….ing.

New Year, New Me! On today’s episode, Steven Yeun is Senty no more and Fall Of The House Of X is a bit bor….ing. Follow us everywhere we are: https://linktr.ee/fourminsto

[00:00:03] Hello, I'm Sam and welcome to Form In It's Two, The Four Minute Geek Pop Culture Podcasts. Here every week to update you on All Things Geek. On today's episode, Steven Yeun is leaving the Thunderbolts movie and a full of the House of X No. 1 comic review. Got it?

[00:00:19] Good! Let's get to it. Before we begin, thanks for listening at 2023 and following the podcast into 2024. I appreciate your lessons and I really hope to record more for you to enjoy throughout this year.

[00:00:31] I've got a new format and more coming for you in the future months, including Trouble Please. Interviews! How life is a solid interview in four minutes? Check out our first four minutes to chat later this month to find out. Okay, back to the show.

[00:00:57] Okay, so the biggest news from last week for me was Steven Yeun leaving the Thunderbolts movie. The facts. Steven Yeun has withdrawn from his role as the Century and the Marvel Studios we found Thunderbolts.

[00:01:11] Any interview with a variety, Yeun said it changing circumstances as the reason for his departure and expressed regret regarding leaving the project. Thunderbolts is a significant crossover of Ed featuring characters from various Marvel films, including Amman and the Walsh, the Falcon of the Winter Soldier, and Black Widow.

[00:01:27] Yeun remains coy regarding his future with Marvel but is hinted there were other potential characters in consideration. My thoughts. I'm okay with this. Many fans, including myself thought Steven Yeun was an odd choice for the Century Rogue.

[00:01:42] He has the acting chops don't get me wrong but the look was a bit off. Google a picture of the character and you'll see what I mean. Think blonde hair, blue eyed, muscular, superman type which Yeun is not.

[00:01:55] Also Marvel keeps people on a short leash when schedule interviews and filming. His work as a main character on the animated series Invincible would suffer which nobody wants because that shows awesome and well-loved. Yeun's departure is probably for the best but that's my thoughts and I'm done.

[00:02:12] For now. Next up, a review of Marvel Comics' Fall of the House of X number one. Welcome back to the second half. This week, here's a review of Marvel Comics' Fall of the House of X number one. The info.

[00:02:36] Fall of House of X is written by Jerry Duggan and drawn by Lucas Rurnick. This comic is one half of the full of X story arc finale, the ending of the Grukloan era. New and kind faces its greatest crisis as the X-Men, once thriving on the Paradise of

[00:02:50] Kukloa, are now outlawed, hunted at facing death on sight orders. One of their greatest leaders's cyclops is on trial facing the death penalty. And the X-Men now must take their final stand against the four-middle forces of Lucas. My thoughts. Meh? That was my honest opinion. Meh.

[00:03:08] Yes I understand this was the first issue but I wasn't really wild. Honestly, this felt like a normal Edsmand mission which is weird because this was supposed to be such a big deal. They're writing an R-OK but it falls a bit flat overall, especially compared to House of

[00:03:21] X, Power of X or Edsmand Red. Still, it mostly did its job of establishing the stakes and what everyone is doing and ready to do. This week the other half of this story, rise of the powers of X, comes out with more

[00:03:34] and how the amazing age of Kukloa ends. But if this issue is any preview of what's the come, I'm a tiny bit worried. And that's everything. Please follow us on all social media things, link to the other subscription, like you
