Hot Tub Time Machine 2 just had a red band trailer drop recently and something in the beginning of it that sets the whole story into motion struck me as familiar. So I had to go back to the first one to check if what I thought I was thinking was right and well there it is. The killer in the second one being revealed in the first movie or it’s just a red herring.
